COMPETITION VENUE 

Competition Venue: Lyseonpuiston lukio, Ruokasenkatu 18, 96200 Rovaniemi Finland. Located in the centre of Rovaniemi.

TRANSPORTATION

All the participating teams have to cover their travel expenses to and from Rovaniemi (RVN). 

Link:  Flights to Rovaniemi, Lapland, Finland. Traveling from the airport to the hotel takes about 15 minutes (8 km).

ACCOMMODATION

Teams are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodation and meals.

You find the booking code from official invitation. With the booking code, rooms can be reserved for the tournament weekend, 18–20 September 2026. Prices are fixed according to general availability.

The booking code offers two different cancellation options:
No cancellation right: The reservation is paid immediately at the time of booking. The payment is non‑refundable if the reservation is cancelled.
With cancellation right: The reservation is paid upon check‑in. The booking can be cancelled free of charge until 18:00 on the day before arrival.
